Here is the solution to remove AVG completely from the laptop/system.
Try uninstall through Control Panel ->Uninstall a program. If it exists again during restart follow the steps to remove it.
1) Download the AVG remover exe file from the link below
http://www.avg.com/us-en/utilities. Choose the apt OS from the available links (32bit/64 bit)
2) Open Command promt in elevated mode i.e) Run as adminstrator
3) Then attain the destination file area and click enter when the remover exe is appearing.
this ll take few minutes to completely remove AVG products from ur system. Allow reboots if necessary.
